The location.

The parking is in the street. The smell in bathroom is awful.

Lack of sensible seating. No chairs. Empty on the balcony.

View, comfortable bed

Missing the remote for the air conditioning. Paid extra for parking but there was no parking so we have to leave the car on the street. Missing a few kitchen appliaces.
